
Senior Applications Developer
A leading IT services provider is seeking a Senior Applications Software Developer to join their remote team. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects that support critical government programs, while collaborating with talented professionals in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.
Role:
π οΈ Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, and high-quality software applications
π€ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and deliver solutions
ποΈ Lead architecture and design of complex systems, ensuring best practices and performance standards
π§ͺ Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and optimization of applications
π Stay updated with emerging technologies and integrate them into development workflows
π Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing
π Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions
Requirements:
π» 7β10 years of experience in software/application development
π Proficiency in one or more languages: Java, C#, Python, JavaScript
π§© Strong grasp of software architecture, design principles, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
π₯οΈ Experience with IDEs (e.g., Eclipse)
βοΈ Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
π³ Exposure to DevOps practices/tools (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes) desirable
π Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
πΊπΈ Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active Public Trust/MBI clearance (or ability to obtain)
