Growth & User Outreach Intern

About the Role

We’re an early-stage AI startup DocumateIT, Inc and we launched our app Docuit, a desktop app that automatically turns everyday computer work into clear documentation.

We’re looking for a college student to help drive early adoption by getting real users — students, faculty, and early professionals — to discover, install, and actively use the app.

What You’ll Do

• Actively promote Docuit within your campus or local community

• Reach out to students, faculty, and early professionals

• Help users download, install, and start using Docuit

• Capture quick feedback when users share it

• Share simple weekly updates on outreach efforts and results

A strong outcome would be helping onboard ~15–20 active users within the first two weeks.

What This Role Is Not

• No paid ads

• No marketing decks or branding work

• No coding or technical tasks

This role is about real conversations and real users.

Who This Is For

You’ll be a great fit if you:

• Are a current college student (any major)

• Are comfortable approaching and talking to new people

• Are active or well-connected on campus or in your community

• Can commit 10 hours per week

• Want real startup experience with visible impact

No prior startup or marketing experience required.
