Job Description
Glenbrook Trading seeks a motivated DevOps Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience managing and maintaining cloud-based infrastructure and trading platforms. You will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our systems, contributing to the smooth operation of our trading strategies. This is an unpaid internship, offering valuable real-world experience with a maximum contribution commitment of up to 12 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining and optimizing AWS infrastructure to ensure high system availability
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues to minimize downtime.
  • Implement and maintain security protocols to protect system integrity.
  • Document system processes and configurations for future reference.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, self-starter mindset.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in: Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related STEM field.
  • Preferred: 1+ years of experience managing cloud platforms, specifically AWS.
  • Skilled in: Python, Bash, JSON
  • Minimum GPA: 3.5/4.0
