Customer Care Intern

The Customer Care Intern will assist to ensure a good quality of sales and service support

  • Customer care in all phases of the sales process starting from the quotation to the payment reminder
  • Order processing:
    • customer orders reception, check and processing
    • follow up orders (deliveries, documentation to be sent to the customers, …)
    • assisting with material returns
    • handling customer complaints
  • Support sales manager/sales engineers
  • Other duties as assigned

Education level 

  • Must be pursuing a business, communications, or other related degree

Relevant Previous experience  

  • No experience required

Knowledge areas/Skills  

  • Eagerness to learn new tools and techniques
  • Enthusiastic, detailed oriented, upbeat, very responsive, and a natural problem solver
  • Ability to tackle several projects simultaneously and set and meet deadlines
  • Team Player and ability to work well with others
  • Familiarity with Microsoft office
  • Good communication skills, both written and oral

Other requirements  

  • Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Valid Driver’s License a must

The employee is occasionally required to use hands and fingers to type or dial, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and reach with hands and arms.  

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 5-10 pounds. This position requires frequent computer use. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
